Durability Specs

This document outlines the durability, flame resistance, and cleaning instructions for three fabric patterns: Cameo, Cantara, and Charity.

Durability:

• Abrasion Resistance: All fabrics have a heavy-duty Wyzenbeek method rating of 100,000 double rubs.
• Breaking Strength: All fabrics meet ASTM D3597-D1682-64 with a maximum of 116 lbs. in warp and 92 lbs. in weft directions.
• Colorfastness & Crocking: All fabrics achieve AATCC8 Class 5 for both wet and dry conditions.
• Colorfastness to Light: All fabrics meet AATCC 16 Class 4 Min. at 1000 hours.

Flame Resistance:

• All fabrics are UFAC Class 1 and meet Cal. Tech. Bulletin #117 Sec. E.
• They are manufactured to meet BIFMA Class A and Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 302.

Finishes and Treatments:

• All fabrics are mildew resistant.

Care & Cleaning (applies to all patterns):

• Light Soiling: Use a 10% household liquid dish soap solution in warm water with a soft, damp cloth.
• Heavy Soiling: Use a 1:1 solution of Fantastik™®/water or Formula 409®/water with a soft, white cloth, then rinse with a water-dampened cloth.
• Difficult Stains: Use a 10% bleach/90% water solution with a soft white cloth, then rinse with a water-dampened cloth.
• Warning: Do not use alcohol-based cleaning agents.
